Your Own Website - Need Not Be A Far Off Dream

Hello there. I'm Martin Woolnough - now later on in life a writer and a webmaster. Who would have thought it?

This is my third 'building a website' experience. And having one (and growing) website, and a second website developing too, the process of building a third is now that much easier.

All I now know is that if I can build a website (with help and assistance) then YOU can too. What do you need to build a site - a (real) wish to do so.

That is the part that we provide. We provide the

I now have the writing bug and am using my SBI! websites as a terrific vehicle to help create a presence and exhibit my work - and help a few othe people along the way (the real aim).

Though I had worked with IT in my job most of my working life I was no web designer or webmaster. I had heard of html (programming language) but was put off learning about it - remember that I just wanted to write.

So I looked around for someone or a company to help me. Providently SBI! appeared one afternoon on my monitor in the form of Make Your Knowledge Sell - an excellent and free downloadable pdf packed with practical, sensible, instructive, inspiring information - which really struck a chord with me.

Their philosophy really hit home. Write excellent focussed content, overdeliver, build your website in the right way following a well-worn and tested path and visitors will come and read your material and your message (whatever that might be) will be passed on. Give your visitors more and more excellent, well chosen and original material - in your own voice and way - and visitors will come back for more.

Now I know the ropes I am able to build my second and third sites more quickly than the first. But I still think, no I still now I am learning about this whole thing of websites and building them - but what I realize today is that I have a very competent partner in SBI! to help me all along the way.
