Responsibility Is Your Way To Manage Change And Accept Control Of Your Life

Taking responsibility for our actions and our life really means that we are taking life seriously and that things are really happening for us. You manage change and are reliable and dependable. People trust you and the control you have over your life.

Keep on top of things. Manage life as you can. Change when necessary. Be dependable and there for people. Be reliable and trustworthy. Control what you need but let life has its own way and you will enjoy the experience. Respond to life and contribute of your time and efforts for the greater good.

With being reliable, dependable and taking control of life comes the need to put our best foot forward and to take our life by the scruff of the neck and march forward confidently, with enthusiasm and with motivation.

To be accountable means to take a special duty of care on ourselves. We need, in order to make the most of life, to look after ourselves morning, noon and night.

We need to respect ourselves, accept ourselves, and be aware of the things that we are doing and how we do them. In addition we need to be aware of our thoughts and deeds, and the affects they may have.

Also comes the need to be accountable for our actions and the repercussions that we set into place when we act.

In life are we responding to events or do we not dictate them; do we want to be a part of the creative process. If we just respond to the things that are happening to us than we will always be one step behind and led by events, and not always to our liking.

If we lead our life than we are in there doing our best to react in a moment to the things that are happening to us and for us. This means not a smooth ride necessarily but not a roller coaster ride either. What it does mean is that we are having faith in life and the life sees the good things in us at the same time.

But we should not see this as the job. We should not see this as a possible role or task within our job. This is our life a serious affair and should be treated as such.

To be responsible means many things. It means taking the blame when necessary. It means being in charge. It means being liable for any burdens that life throws our way.

It means having the discipline to take control and being at the helm of a life. It means carrying the can for any mistakes or bloomers. It also means sharing the rewards when those come our way.

It means acknowledging the efforts of others to help us and thanking them for doing so, while helping them as and when the need arises.

It means bringing stability and maturity to our life. It means being trustworthy and dependable. It means being conscientious and sensible and level-headed in the things that we do.

It means being able to embrace change and look forward to the fruits in greater freedom and realization of ambition.
