Enthusiasm quotes from my notebooks:

The following enthusiasm quotes are taken from my notebooks. They will I hope complement the quotations given above as well as reveal a little more about my life and my thinking about life. They are all related to the theme of enthusiasm quotes.

Some are idle thoughts and comments on life and the life we lead. Others could one day be developed further into articles or reports. I feel that they are related to the 'enthusiasm quotes' theme.

Enthusiasm quotes - from my notebooks

Patterns in your life. What do you do or see? Have you learned from what's gone on before? Have you started putting the pieces together? Is your life now beginning to take shape? Are you beginning to make sense of it all? Are you beginning to feel the power and confirmed (?) that this gives you a presence in life. Use that enthusiasm to good effect and . . .

Go easy - (beware) self imposed pressures. Take care. But don't remove all risk, all challenge, all chance from your life. Chances will come along away, but don't let them pass you by.

What we find on the inside is that which really counts? How does it count? Only if you use and not abuse it. If you learn and grow and share your life. Your expertise, feelings, knowledge and experience with others. If not utilised, no amount of inner knowledge is of any good to you or the people you may interact with.

Which if any acts do you pursue with thoroughness and little if no hesitation?

Be enthusiastic about what you do. Or find something you can enthuse about. Enthusiasm is infectious. We love its outgoing, its sharing and enveloping nature.

Be optimistic and positive in life. It's as easy to use this road as is pursuing the derogatory and/or negative route. And it's much more fun. Doors open, opportunities arise. The world appears a rosier, happier and more welcoming place.

Sociable, cheerful enthusiasm for life, loved her flying, golf, did not dwell on life's tragedies, friendly down to earth, deeply aware, turned introspective, gloomy, helpless, agonised grief, fragile, unpredictable, dreadfully upset . . .

Reconnect with you, with your inner feelings and thoughts. Reconnect with you and drive forward for a brighter future. Make that connection and you will move forward as one to enjoy life and achieve as never before.

Are you alive? Feel your breath on your hand held under your nose. The breath in, and the breath out, repeated. The elixir of life, so precious, unseen, unheard, but special. Gives in its uniqueness called life. We are alive. We have lots to enjoy and to celebrate.

Why not start? Why put it off? Why procrastinate? Look at the task, break it down, assess the parts and put them in an order for action. Don't be afraid to tackle some of the less pleasant tasks first. Be flexible and allow things to grow and develop rather than rigidly sticking to your very first plan. Let success build success until your task is achieved.

Find something to do to calm down, to relax. Step back and give yourself time to get over any angst, those feelings of anger, the feeling of losing it. Remember the switch. What happens to precipitate this, these moments? What happens to set you up? Don't try to avoid the stimulus, that would just make things worse, but learn not to bite, not to be caught, but take a couple of deep breaths. Try to put things into perspective. Learn not to sweat the small stuff. Take your mind off things. Initial reactions can just be emotional responses. Learn to focus them and to get the most out of the energies you find yourself tapping into. You may be pleasantly surprised by the response and your new found capabilities.
