Our Life Can Provide Answers - We Have To Decide How To Use Them
Are there any answers in life? And what would be the question? Do we always need an explanation? Is there always a resolution? A response, something to satisfy us. We seem to be continually bombarded with facts and figures, goals and targets. They seem all the rage. But do they elicit the right and correct response(s)? Do we decide what is right and correct or is that done for us? What say do we have and should we have more? What can we resolve? If we put our minds to something we can really make a difference. We need to develop and maintain focus - and be surprised by what we can do.
Do we acknowledge the contribution of others (or ourselves). It does no good to be asleep and not aware, dozing and letting life pass us by. We should give thanks, focus on the good, and be grateful much more than we are. Do we just react or are we proactive? This can depend upon the type of person we are - but at times creating something for yourself, whatever it may be, is such a source of inspiration and satisfaction. You come back with a response, what do you do with it? We get answers but we may not always be ready. Later on, after experiencing more and different things, we can have a moment of insight - when things seem to fall into place. And we make another step forward on our path. Is it not true that once an answer materializes other factors seem to appear that cast doubt or require modifications to be made? Is that just the nature of Q & A? And we are in the middle of this mix. We need to feel our way through. Reflect and move forward. Sift the real from the dross. Give yourself time and this may well occur. Are we satisfied with the explanations of different aspects of life and the world we live in. At times yes or is it too easy to follow that line. Other times something does not quite seem right. It does not get with us. It somehow grates on us. We may not know why. Accept those moments. Put that moment aside and later you will be able to reflect on what it meant and what you have learned from it. Do you defend opposing views or are you happy to follow the masses? Your choice. Depends on what it is and how strongly you feel. But be true to yourself and your values and you won't go far wrong. Where do solutions come from and are they valid? Some sources we trust while others are a bit flaky. But remember good information and wisdom can come from a poor source - and vice versa. What does get resolved or is it put off until another rainy day. Again the ball is in our court. Just make certain you prioritize and get the important things done - the others can wait or will (conveniently) go off the radar. Does any of it matter anyway? At times not, other times life changing. Notice the difference! Do we just want to be vindicated by your pet opinions and beliefs, thoughts and conclusions? Sure, this happens. But sooner or later you need to grasp the nettle and make your own mark on things and your life. Stand up and be counted. But, at the end (and in the middle) of the day, are we asking the right questions to move on with our life? Are there any real answers? If we look outside there are questions galore and answers all over the place - encyclopedias, books, Internet, colleges, courses, TV. Experts, colleagues, friends, family. You name it there is an answer somewhere. But why we are here and what we are doing, and what we should be doing - we have to answer that for ourselves. And how? By living life, taking the knocks and the successes with equal good grace and moving on. By developing and growing in ourselves. By exploring ourselves and the world we live in. Making a bit more sense of out things. Finding an answer for ourselves. It is there if we look hard enough - but we need be humble and accepting, open and receptive. And let life play out its magic for us.
